Proxima Emporium is looking for actors and performers to help bring the Haunted Library at BookMaze to life this Halloween!
📅 October 30–31, 2026
🕕 6:00–9:00 PM each night
📍 BookMaze — 1300 W University Dr., Mesa, AZ
BookMaze will be transformed into a mildly scary haunted attraction, and we need enthusiastic performers who can help create a fun, spooky experience for visitors as they make their way through the Haunted Library.
You don't need to be a professional actor. We're looking for people who enjoy Halloween, performing, costuming, improvising, and entertaining an audience. The attraction is designed for a broad audience, so the goal is creepy, theatrical and fun — not extreme horror.
The Haunted Library is produced by Proxima Emporium as a benefit for Anthology and the Mesa Book Festival.
