Acknowledgement: No Refund Policy *

I acknowledge that I understand that Proxima Emporium does not offer refunds on event registrations for any reason. Event is rain or shine.

Acknowledgement: Vendor must provide vehicle, decorations and chairs for their Trunk and Treat presence. *

I understand that as a participant, I am provided one parking space to incorporate my trunk, decorations and books for sale.

I acknowledge that I will be set up for the entire time (6p-9p) for the days that I have committed to be available.
